Making A Purchase Buying our products could not be easier. Just look through our store, and add items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment:

We accept Paypal Payments, select Paypal Website Payments as Payment method during checkout.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, and all other debit and credit cards including American Express, select Creditt Cards make a secure online payment.

We accept foreign currency credit cards. If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from your currency into £ Sterling.

Other

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK Shipping.

We provide an economy post service using Royal Mail First Class postage. The initial cost is £3.99 plus 80p per additional item for standard Rotal Mail First class despatch. You should expect your parcel within 5 - 10 days.

Please note: if you are ordering from our Miffy Party range please email us for a quote, as we can often give you a discount on lightweight items such as napkins, plates and party bags.

We also provide an 48hr courier despatch service using DHL courier with online tracking. Please phone or email for your tracking code. We charge as follows:

1 item - £8.50 * 2 items - £10 * 3 items - £12 *
4 items - £12 * 5 items - £15 * 6 items - £15 *
7 items and above £17.50

Again if you wish to buy a large number of small items please send us an email and we can give you a discount.


We can also send items by Royal Mail special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery

European Shipping European countries we ship to: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, which Royal mail aim to deliver within 3 working days, but the last stage is with the National Post service of the local country. All parcels are signed for on delivery.International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the UK and Europe. International customers should email us their order and we will end them an invoice.


Timescales

UK Standard delivery by Royal Mail takes up to 5 working days.

UK Express delivery takes upto 2 working days, hand delivered to the address specified, and requires signature for receipt. Package tracking available, please ring the Customer Services for further information.

International Delivery is insured and needs to be signed for, this takes up to 21 days (usually only 10).

Please note that NONE of our delivery estimates are guaranteed, 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, we cannot refund for deliveries that are delayed. If you delivery is delayed by one day please contact us and we will chase it up for you.

Remote Regions

Areas not classed as standard UK delivery areas and must not be checked out using UK please check out using your respective areas, shipping charges vary, areas effected are as follows :-

Express delivery to these areas takes up to five working days.

All delivery times are estimates, we do not refund for late deliveries. We despatch our parcels next working day, if our courier company delays delivery we cannot be held responsible for this.

Delivery errors.


If there is any shortfall in your order you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

If you do not let us know within 14 working days that your parcel has not arrived we cannot and will not be able to refund you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Schedule


If all the items in your order are in stock, we normally deliver either by courier or within 3 - 5 working days. But some of our items come directly from the United States, so please allow 10 working days. At any time you can contact our customer care centre.

International orders are generally received in 14 -21 days. before contacting us either

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

If you have a valid EU VAT number do not click the box, order as usual then email us your exemption number, this must be valid and is checked, once confirmed we can then deduct the VAT from your order.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted from UK based customers, provided they are returned within 7 days in the original packaging.

Customers in Europe and overseas, please double check sizes before ordering. Returns will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.
Where goods are returned with no fault on our part, we will refund the purchase price, but not postage and we will charge £5 administration fee in line with EU legislation.
